1. Booking and Reservations

1.1ÂBooking Confirmation:

• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or notification from us.

• Ensure all details (e.g., names, dates, pickup location) are accurate at the time of booking.

1.2ÂPayment:

• Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or online payment platforms.

1.3ÂAge Restrictions:

• Some tours may have age or health restrictions for safety reasons. Please check the tour details before booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1ÂCancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or via our website).

• Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations madeÂ48 hours or moreÂbefore the tour date: Full refund.

  • Cancellations madeÂless than 48 hoursÂbefore the tour date: No refund.

  • No-shows: No refund.

2.2ÂCancellation by Us:

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns).

• In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour date or a full refund.

2.3ÂRefund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued to the original payment method.

3. Changes to Bookings

3.1ÂTour Changes:

• Changes to the tour date or itinerary are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour.

• Additional fees may apply for changes.

3.2ÂParticipant Changes:

• If you need to change the number of participants, notify us at least 24 hours before the tour. Additional charges may apply for extra participants.

4. Tour Participation

4.1ÂPunctuality:

• Please be ready at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Delays may result in missed activities, and no refunds will be provided.

4.2ÂHealth and Fitness:

• Some tours involve physical activity (e.g., trekking, snorkeling). Ensure you are in good health and inform us of any medical conditions or limitations.

4.3ÂBehavior:

• We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour due to disruptive or unsafe behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

5. Liability and Responsibility

5.1ÂPersonal Belongings:

• You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

5.2ÂTravel Insurance:

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, accidents, and trip cancellations.

• We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or extreme weather.

5.4ÂThird-Party Services:

• For tours involving third-party services (e.g., boat transfers, accommodation), their terms and conditions will apply.

6. Pricing and Inclusions

• Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed.

• Prices are per person unless stated otherwise.

6.2ÂInclusions:

• Tour inclusions (e.g., transportation, meals, entrance fees) are specified in the tour description. Any additional expenses are your responsibility.

7. Privacy Policy

• We collect and use your personal information (e.g., name, contact details) solely for booking and communication purposes.

7.2ÂPhotos and Videos:

• We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in advance.

• If you encounter any issues during the tour, notify your guide or our team immediately so we can address them promptly.

8.2ÂPost-Tour Feedback:

• We value your feedback! Please share your experience with us via email or our website.

9. Governing Law

9.1ÂJurisdiction:

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bali.
